CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER ADMINISTRATION PRIVACY STATEMENT

The collection and use of personal data belonging to customers, suppliers and other contractors

Please be aware that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us as necessary to conclude and execute any agreement we make with you. This applies to our customers and potential customers as well as to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are our customer or potential customer, we will use your data to send you quotations, to determine the specifications of or requirements for a certain item or service, to deliver items or perform work for you, to issue invoices, and to communicate smoothly and efficiently with you about the execution of the agreement.

If you are a supplier, potential supplier or other contractor, we require your personal data for the conclusion and execution of any agreement. With regard to purchasing, we will use your data to let you know our specifications or wishes for a certain item or service, to enable us to request a quotation or place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to allow us to communicate smoothly and efficiently with you about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with sufficient personal data, we may not be able to fulfil the purposes described above.

Sharing with third parties

In order to execute any agreement with you, we may need to provide your personal data to third parties who supply us with parts, materials and products, or who perform work on our behalf. In addition, we use an external environment (server) to store our sales and purchasing records or parts thereof. This includes your personal data and your data is therefore provided to our server provider. We also use Microsoft Office and its corresponding storage facilities for e-mails and other files.

Retention period

When you become our customer or vice versa, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years following the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully executed. If you requested a quotation from us but did not become our customer, we will also delete your data seven years after our last contact. Likewise, if we received a quotation from you but did not become your customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than seven years after our last contact. The period of seven years corresponds to the period for which the tax authorities require us to keep our financial records. At the end of this period, we will delete your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can ask us to add to your personal data or to correct any inaccuracies. In addition, you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted or that the use of your personal data be restricted. Furthermore, you can object to the collection and use of your personal data or lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Finally, you can request to have your personal data transferred to you directly or to another party on your behalf. In order to exercise your rights, please contact:
